Franklin is consistently named one of America's best places to live. And why wouldn't it be. It literally offers everything you could ask for when you relocate here. Probably one of the most impressive things about Franklin is it's historical buildings. They are rich with American History and they are absolutely gorgeous. The scenery here is one of my favorites.
The historic downtown Main St. is known for its boutiques, antique shops, bars, restaurants and of course live music. Their Annual Dickens of a Christmas is Middle Tennessee’s largest outdoor Christmas festival. Plus, there are so many family-friendly events here year round.
Franklin has experienced so much growth, that some parts of it no longer feel small town. Here you will find everything city life has to offer. Like a shopping mall, Costco, Trader Joes and many other big-box stores that you have grown accustomed to not living without.
Public Schools are excellent.
Home prices vary, but you can expect to spend upwards of $600k for a larger detached home.
